Hotel Gaudi offers a cozy retreat with a prime location only minutes away from the River Plate, the Atlantic Ocean, and the bus station, making it perfect for travelers seeking convenient accessibility. The friendly and accommodating staff pleasantly surprised me with their excellent service, despite the language barrier. The rooms, though slightly dated, were unexpectedly comfortable and clean, featuring modern amenities like a new air conditioner. The breakfast spread, including a variety of cereals, medialunas, jams, ham and cheese, and toast. Hotel Gaudi is a gem for those looking for a simple yet delightful stay in Punta del Este.
